The attitudes in this office are reason enough to give them 1 star. When I call the office, they are so quick to get me off the phone like my business doesn't matter. They rush you about everything. The person who makes appointments act like she doesn't have time enough in the day for you, yet the biggest part of her job is to make time for the caller... Don't hang up hastily because I made an appointment & it was your job to fill it! In addition, I have had the doctor rush me out before like I was an inconvenience. I do not ask alot of questions. I always go for only one thing - - To get my acne prescription filled. Well, one day I had a question. Before the doctor rushed out the door, I asked: ""Wait, I wanted to know what you think of using Proactiv."" She said: ""Anything with salicyic acid. That's great. Bye!"" And ran out the door because there must have been someone more important. \r

Obviously the rushing and rudeness is their own fault. This office does NOT know how to schedule appointments. They will stack 10 people in one time slot, so expect a LONGGG wait to finally get in. In addition, I have found that when leaving the office, the girls behind the counter are so into their own personal conversations, that they will not mind the customer a bit of attention - (other than snatching your money from you).\r

I do not reccommend this dermatologist and I'm currently in the process of finding a new one to go to.\r
