I had been taking my dog(s) here for 20 years, my current dog had problems with limping and for 2 years I asked for x-rays, but no one would take them to find out what was wrong. I had a disagreement with the office manager and pulled my dogs records; wouldn't you know it, a few weeks later my dog was in so much pain I ended up at the ER. I found a new vet and they took x-rays and told me that my dog has a degenerative disc problem and arthritis in her knee; this should have been caught long ago, but Mokena didn't do x-rays. I am glad I found a CARING VET. The OFFICE STAFF at Mokena was rude, snotty and of no help to me. I WOULD NEVER BRING ANOTHER ANIMAL HERE!
