It took geekoids 1.5 weeks before they started working on my PC. I have a rather old one, and they talked me into the PC clean up, when all I requested was to move data from an old small hard drive to a larger new hard drive. I was promised 3 different 'ready times' and was never delivered on time. They didn't ask if I wanted the data backed up before they started the work, and almost lost it. I talked to Doug on several occasions and altho he was very nice, didn't give me much confidence in thier abilities or deliver what he promised. I'm sad to say, I tried to support this local business, and will not in the future.
