I took my dogs and cats there for many years but in the last year or so the quality of service has become very poor. I would call to have a thyroid or food prescription filled in the afternoon, telling them that I would be in after six o"clock to pick it up and it was NEVER ready when I got there! My dogs were refused their diet dog food because they were due for their shots when I told the vet assistants repeatedly that I would bring them in before the end of the year. This immediate change in their food resulted them having diarhea for several days!!!! When I left a message for Dr. Hall asking for an explanation I never got a return call/message back. The only good thing that came out of this is that I found a less expensive, high quality dog food as opposed to theirs which went up in cost $8.00 with no notice!!!!
