I started pilates a year ago and initially went to a studio with group classes only. I wanted a more personalized approach and was referred to Gracie at the Pilates Studio by a friend. I immediately noticed a difference at the first appointment. Every time the session is different because Gracie knows how to get results. I have been going 3 times a week and am definitely firmer and toner. I have even lost weight and inches. The Pilates Studio has a large assortment of equipment from reformers to chairs, the cadillac, and a variety of weights. You won't get bored. It's a great environment and Gracie really cares about all of her clients. I highly recommend trying a session, you'll be hooked like me.
