I have been coming here for about 6-8 months now. And I love it! I was a pilates beginner with only some yoga experience. Gracie was very patient with me and is a great teacher. I come in about twice a week for group classes and I always get a great work out. I am very happy with the reuslts and the over all way that I feel. She also has a cardio, pilates class that really is a great workout...and fun too. The thing I like about the Pilates Studio is the cozy, easy going atmosphere and the people are all very welcoming. If you have not tried Pilates and are thinking about trying it, you should give this place a try.
