I accidentally scheduled to go in on a holiday and it was pretty busy, but I still received amazing service and more! I opted for their regular massage and it started with a foot bath and a heated blanket. The massage was awesome and even though my appointment started late, I got the full 60 minutes. Right after, I had an essential manicure appt and due to the holiday, the place was packed. So I was upgraded to the spa manicure where I got to sit in a private room, on an amazing reclining chair with heated gloves. Overall, it was a great experience and a much needed get away despite the crowd. I personally wanted to attend on a quiet day to absorb the tranquility. The massage was great but the manicure was not the best. My polish started chipping the next day. And the manicurist didn't give me what I wanted. It was hard to see what she was doing because the spa manicure entailed a heated, scented towel placed over your eyes. It was amazing experience, made you more of what was happening to your fingers with the absence of your sight. But would not go again for a manicure. Also I was slightly pressured to buy a product by my manicurist. Overall, still a good experience!
