I was about to go CRAZZY!!!! I had just come from the mall and could not believe the HIGH-PRESSURE and lack of knowledge of some of the salespeople. I mean I did some homework on the internet before I came to buy and in several occations I was more knowledgeable than the person waiting on me. \r

The second I walked into Staffords I was put at ease. I was greeted by ""Jim"" and I told him I just wanted to look around the store. Instead of trying to ""Hard-Sell"" me something he said ""great, make yourself at home"". After finding and engagement ring I was interested in ""Jim"" actually sat down with me and really took time and answered my questions and helped me with my selection. I gave him a price range I didn't want to exceed and he searched and found exactly the style I wanted and in the price range I gave him. It wasn't like the mall where they kept showing me stuff ""just a little over"" what I wanted to spend. \r

I reccomend Staffords ""HIGHLY"" to anyone.
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere, knowledgebale sales people, easy access, superior service
Cons: None I could find.
