I had seen on a clearance table, Tide that was on sale for 3.49. When I went to make my purchase it rang up 6.99. Then an employee went to do a price check. He said it was 6.99. I then went back to the clearance table and took the tag that said 3.49. I showed the manager. Plus the cashier did not ask me for my MVP card. He used his. I was upset because I use my MVP card and want the credits. I told the manager about that as well. The manager let me have the Tide for free. Plus he gave me a 10.00 gift card. This exceeded my expatiations. I felt like he cared and took responsibility for the actions of his employees. Made me feel valued as a customer. Pros: Quick and easy to get in and out. Esp for a few items. Cons: Not a Super Store more
