I had an appointment to have 4 new tire put on my car.. 1/2 hour later my car was still not being worked on. (There were no other cars in the tire changing bays) I then Ask how far behind they were running I was told they did not think they were running behind. At that time 2 of the 6 employees behind the counter... went out back to check to see what was going on..and then My car got taken in .. with 3 employees working on it.. to get it done... I also had to ask for my gift card that was being offered as a promotion for buy 4 tires. ... I made a appointment because I did not want to be there all day. I also have things to do on a day off.... i was Very Disappointed with the service.
