I just recently bought a Black Mercedes and in certain lights, the paint appeared to have fine scratches throughout the clearcoat. I started researching some Detail Shops in town. I emailed several Detail Shops around the Triangle and got a reply back from Karl, the owner of CAS, almost immediately. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very helpful. I scheduled an appointment for a Full Service Exterior Detail and left the car with them for a morning. When I picked up the car, I almost didnt recognize it! The paint was in near showroom condition. Most of the scratches were gone and there were no buffer swirl marks left behind. \r

Bottom line is, the Customer Service and the Quality of Work at Carolina Auto Spa is phenomenal. Karl (owner), Tim (manager), and Dustin were all extremely helpful and professional. They walked me through the steps they took as well as steps I could take to keep my vehicle looking new. Great work guys!
