I've been to most of the Ethiopian restaurants in town and this is the only one where I regularly see Ethiopian people eating. It's clearly a step above the others in town. The food is incredible and the owners are extremely nice people who you will be happy to support. I have become friends with them, but that was after I fell in love with the food and made several repeated visits. \r

They also offer a traditional coffee ceremony, which is an interesting cultural experience, but it does require a bit of waiting if they haven't already started brewing the coffee. However, I think that's the point. It's a social experience and it's interesting to watch. Don't be surprised if one of the owners (Michael & Sonya) joins the group and strikes up a conversation. I learned a lot from Michael while waiting for the coffee to brew.\r

My only small criticism is that they are not open on Monday. I think I have been burned by this at least 3 times.
Pros: THE FOOD, the owners
