I can't believe there is actually a place like this that exsists so close to my house. With white sandy beaches and emerald green translucent waters, my girlfriends and I enjoyed on of the best girl's day out in a long time. We started with Pina Coladas at the bar looking out over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The bartender was fun and a cutie. We were escorted to our table after only a 10 minute wait. Our table was right on the sand so we kicked off our shoes and sunk our toes into sand that was so soft it felt wickedly like whipped cream. we started with a calimari appetizer that was lightly breaded and served with a homemade marinara. Our choice of entrees included the fresh grouper sandwich, lightly blackened, the Wasabi encrusted salmon salad, the Buffalo Burger and the ahi tuna with a homemade seaweed salad. We shared a bottle of great red wine and finished it off with the sinners delight sundae. At one point, Sara decided to take a dip in the gulf. How cool to be able to leave your table, go take a dip and come back and take a refreshing sip of your Pina Colada only to drip dry in your chair. Where else can you do this, maybe at their sister restaurants the BeachHouse or Mar Vista only a short drive south of the Sandbar.\r
Everyone needs to go to this restaurant if they want to experience waterfront dining the way it was meant to be!!!
Pros: relaxing, great food, great service and unmatched view
