They make Delta Airline's customer service look like rockstars. From beginning to end they treated us poorly, had zero attention to detail, and consistantly made mistakes- when someone is recording the title on your house this is unacceptable. \r \r I've talked to a number of other people that have had miserable experiences with equity title. They won't do their job, treat you like trash, and take no responsibility for their actions. \r \r one small example of their ineptness: they didn't do any research on a lien on our property until we WALKED in the doors to sign the paper work. \r \r with all of the title companies out there- there is no reason to deal with these mornons.
