I moved out of one of their apartments 4 months ago, and I have yet to receive a refund of my second pet deposit. I did receive a refund of my first pet deposit, but I had to call the manager of the property at least 50 times and I still did not receive this refund until 2 and a half months after moving out. I have directly contacted the manger of Midwest Property Management multiple times and have not received any response. I have receipts that document the company received my second pet deposit, and I also have a copy of the ledger of every single transaction I made with the property that clearly documents their receipt of the second deposit on 9/15/04. I have been very civil with this company, but I recently filed a complaint against them because they have refused to give a refund or even call me back! I am completey disgusted with the service I have received from Midwest Property Management, and I would not recommend any of their properties to anyone. They do not care about the satisfaction of their (current or former) tenants - all they care about is money.
Pros: Cheap living
Cons: The apartments are poorly maintained and management does not care about the satisfaction of their tenants
