Horrible customer service!!!!\r \r I fell behind on my payments by five days and they called my cellphone three or four times a day! They called my cell so much they filled up my voicemail to the point where I couldn't receive messages! When I spoke to the representative (by the name of Michelle) to make arrangements she wouldn't let me talk. She was talking over me and trying to force me to make a payment right then and there. I was planning on paying the bill off completely in three days and that is what I was trying to tell her but she wasn't listening to what I was saying. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and pushy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from this company if they try to finance you for anything. \r BTW: they have several bad reports against them from other websites Pros: they financed me Cons: if you fall behind a few days they treat you like dirt more
