My wife made arrangements to have photos taken for her parents 25th wedding anniversary. Nine people took time to show up (five of us drove 4-5 hours for the event). The photographer, Chrissy, failed to show up without any attempt to cancel or reschedule. She didn't return phone calls made the day prior or the day of the appointment. She then refused to accept any blame or admit even partial fault. Very unprofessional.
