I went to Adorned to get a 10 year old black/gray piece touched up; a Celtic triskelion that started melding together. Mike, the owner and artist looked at it and came up with some good suggetions on how to clean it up and make it look a lot better. He wound up redoing the border, touching up parts of the inside pattern and using a fleshtone to clean up the remaining design. He was able to blend the new design and gray tones in with the original so that it wasn't obvious that it was a fix-up job. The piece actually came out a lot better than I anticipated. Mike has a good knowledge of how things should be done and what other people did to screw things up. When I originally had the ink done years ago, it was a ""Thanks see ya later"" deal with not a lot of advice on how to care for the piece as it healed. Mike told me what to do, use, and all that, as well as what happens if you don't. To tell ya the truth I was a little skeptical when I first walked into the shop, since it's only been in Spencerport a couple of years. I'm glad I did and would recommend him to anyone else.
Pros: Excellent knowledge and artistic talent
Cons: None that come to mind. It was good work at a decent price.
