I brought my car in for an interior detail and ended up with green splotches on my passenger side from one end to the other and green tint on the rest of my carpet. I brought it back two times and they couldn't get it out. The manager told me it was coffee after he couldn't get it out and then ran away from me. The owner said the same thing and actually ran away from me. I said what about the rest of the green tinted carpet. Very rude, nasty and unprofessional manager and owner. They had an inexperienced person do this. The job was incomplete as I could tell they didn't clean my steering wheel and left some things that they did get out when I took it back. Also they try to sell you a very expensive detail when you come in. A regular car wash would be safe. By the way, it looks like Cruisers has sent Sweet Bubbles in the above review to this site.
Pros: okay for simple car wash if shopping at Costco and you don't need to resolve a blunder
Cons: Good luck with anything else than a simple car wash.
