am not sure these other reviewers went to the same Russell's. I work in the office park where Russell's is located and refuse to go there anymore. The food is overpriced and the wait staff is rude. For a typical lunch which might be a chicken sandwich on foccicia bread, you will wait 20 minutes and pay $8 and feel like you inconvenienced them. The sandwich will be about the size of a CD jewel case and is probably 70% bread. Along with this you get a wonderful 4 piece assortment of thinly sliced fruit. The last straw for me was going down to get breakfast where I paid $7.35 for a piece of quiche that was smaller than a post-it note (I wish I could post the picture I took of it). I have been there for dinner and had a beef carpaccio and the filet mignon. The appetizer was bland and the filet was a good cut and wasn't too bad however the fingerling potatoes that accompanied it were waxy and overcooked. Imitating a high-class restaurant, the chef comes out and she asks how your meal was. I said it was fine and left it at that as I am not usually one to complain, I just won't go back. I really wanted to tell her that salt was not a privilege and would suggest they purchase some and start using it while cooking. Aside from the food, the atmosphere is equal to that of your normal little town cafe with dimmed lighting, again trying to imitate a big restaurant. You are so close to everyone it is very hard to hold a conversation while sitting in your little wooden chair or wooden bench on a tile floor.
