Just look all over the internet and see how many complaints there are! Like many others I was a victim of zoots. I brough a beautiful silk jacket that was made of pleaded fabric. I asked specifically if they could dry clean that properly, they said of course! When I picked it up, most of the pleades were gone and the jacket had lost its shape! When I complained they said they would send it back & will do a better job this time. It came back as bad. I complianed and they finally sent it to their headquarters. After all the back and forth & delays, they tell me that their ""specialists"" have determined that it is a manufacturer defect!!! Absurd! They don't know how to dry clean. They ruin your clothes & don't take any responsibility for it. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS & SHOULD NOT GET YOURS! \r
