We arrived at 9:20PM, and were told there would be a 20 minute wait for a table . . . so we decided to stay and waited in the bar area. After 30 minutes waiting there, we asked the manager about our table . . . as we noticed an empty table to one side of the restaurant. Apparently we were forgotten and had to remind them of our seating requirement and wait. \r
\r
He said we could go over and be seated . . . which we did. After waiting another 15 minutes at the table without being attended to . . . we interrupted a waitress, asking for menus, which she then brought. After another couple of minutes she then came to the table and said the kitchen was closed, we were very surprised about this, and very disappointed.\r
\r
We left the restaurant about 10:20 PM . . . \r
\r
Seated customers should be attended to and served ASAP . . . especially after a long wait. Customers that have been seated should be served, or those customers waiting should have a clear undertanding of when the kitchen is closed . . . having the opportunity to make other arrangements. Seated customers should have prompted dining service to them .. . period.\r

Hint: go to Turkey and see how customer service is truly performed ! ! !
