Receptionists were awesome and helpful. AAA told me that it would be 30 minutes or less. We noticed this guy standing around doing nothing for 45 minutes and found out he was the AAA contact all along. He said that he was ""waiting for his work order"". Lazy.
Pros: Helpful receptionist
Cons: Lazy onsite AAA contractor.
