I go to a restaurant the other day and they were 10 minutes late making my pizza. So, the owner comes out, apologizes profusely and sincerely, then offers to give us our dessert on the house.\r

At Computer Literates, I paid what 100 pizzas cost- and it took a MONTH longer for them to build my computer than I was told it would. \r

After maybe a day or two, you would think that they would've called me to tell me they weren't going to be on time. I had to call them to ask what was up.\r

A month late....and I'm the one who had to call.\r
\r
Will I go back to the restaurant? Yes. Will I go back to Computer Literates? Can't say.
