This program is not just a workout with another personal trainer. It's a team of people working to make you a better, healthier person inside and out. The workouts are hard but awesome, and there's also cooking classes, massages, educational seminars, image consulting to help you with your style (or lack of), and help with finding out what your body is doing on a cellular level, because sometimes diet and exercise just aren't enough.
