The pictures advertised for apartment site are misleading. They sell the concept of customer service being their number one priority; however, the personnel are inconsistent with their approach. If there is an issue with parking, the tenant has to wait 48 hours before having it towed. In addition, if there is an issue with loud noise, the PVA has an answering service which will direct the caller to contact the police. If you can't get hot water for a shower, you are told to off until th next business day. There are better places to live and still pay the same amount.
