I eat Mexican like it is going out of style and love the more authentic taqueiras and have eaten at these types of restaurants around the country. I went to lunch with a group of 6 including myself. A couple people had been there before saying it was alright and would give it one more try but warned us service might be slow. Sure enough the waiter took forever to get our drinks and order. When the food came it was cold. Some, including myself returned our meals and when it came back it tasted as if they just microwaved it and my medium rare Carne Asada was now well done. If that was'nt bad enough everyone's food tasted as if salt had been poured in layers. We asked to speak to a manager and the waiter got an atitude and came back to say he was'nt available. We did'nt feel we should have paid for the full price of the meals considering they were ruined and service was awful. Everyone's experience is different but today ours was atrocious and we have all vowed to spread the word. It is unacceptable a manager of a restaurant would not come to the table. We would have waited for the manager all day if we din'nt have to return to work. If you live in the area and want the same type of more upscale Mexican try Cinco right down the road at the end of Windward in the Publix shopping center or Pure near downtown Alpharetta. They are same concept with better food, better management, and better service. Avoid this place as if it was the plague.
