This restaurant is one of the most authentic Japanese style restaurants that I have been to in the US. I just recently returned from a trip to Japan and it was like going back again when we ate here. However other thing that makes this restaurant so great is the innovativeness with the rolls/flavors, I would say that some of the combinations rival Morimoto. I love non-traditional food but made with authentic/traditional ingredients (i.e. not too Americanized and this may be one of my new favorite restaurants.
