The Host is so incompetent because they don't know how to handle reservation!!\r
The managers are incompetent too, as they don't do anything when they are busy!!\r
They just wear stupid shirt and tie and just walking around looking ""busy"", even if there are customer waiting...so incompentent and unprofessional!!!\r
It is just too bad, good BBQ, but lousy management!!!
