They guys over at Mobile PC Doctors were very knowledgeable and patient with me being that I'm not very computer literate. They were actually able to fix my computer over the internet by some kind of remote tool they use. If you want great support and at a reasonable cost, this is who I would call. I highly recommend using them!
Pros: Fast response and service.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
