This company makes it a habit to charge you up front even though your insurance covers the service. They say they will file for you to get refunded. However if they file wrong you refund will be hung or the precert will not be met. My insurance told me that if they are a member of the plan they are not allowed to charge you first. It has been 2 months for me waiting on my refund and SEO Therapy are not interested in making sure it is processed because they are already paid.
