I stopped in to the 4th street store to look for engagement bands and to have an appraisal done for a loose diamond I found a ""too good to be true"" deal for on-line. I knew that might very well be the case, but I was looking for a reputable opinion and I was looking to buy platinum bands and possibly develop a relationship with someone. An independent downtown jeweler seemed like a nice option.

Cons: Horrendous customer service
