Debra recently did my foil and cut. She actually asked me what I would like and what I had done in the past that made me happy with my hair. I like to go really blonde in the winter as it brings out the color in my skintone. No one else likes to do that with my hair. They all say they will and then don't. But, Debra did! She even did a special ""root toner"" so when my hair starts growing out, I don't need to go in as often for my foil. That took me from every 4 weeks back to 6 with a touchup in between. The salon is clean and has a relaxed feel to it and they have such cute little boutique stuff there. Apparently Debra also does permanent cosmetics. Thanks again Debra! :)
