My experience with this company has been the most dismal of any company I have dealt with for work around any home I have ever owned. The original bid was provided on 8/21/07. I met with Raintite on the 27th and refined the plan, and despite the aggravating nature of the man I met with ? his response to my questions went something like ?ask your husband to explain it to you? ? I needed gutter work done and he seemed to know his business so I gritted my teeth, committed to the proposal, and paid him 1/3 of the total amount. In response, he gave me a ""sure"" date of 9/17 for the work to be performed. It?s important also to note that I told him that other work was planned for my backyard and I wanted the gutters up before the arbor went up.
