They came out the same day and fixed three of my appliances. They saved all my food in my refigerator. We called they were there within 1 hour. They had all the parts on there truck. I called Sears and waited on the phone for 30 minutes. I hung up and called Carolina Appliance and he answered on the secound ring!!! He tried to help me fix nit over the phone also. I have his phone number in my phone now!!!
