We got hosed... We hired Bev Campbell based on our first impressions of her (she came off as a very sincere person), and the recommendation of our reception hall. Bev is running a small business out of her home, and doesn't have enough reliable staff to carry out her promises. We told her we wanted pastels for our wedding flowers, and she pushed shades of rust. We had to push to get her to agree to order the colors we wanted. Then she tried to change her original quote by nearly $1000. We were ready to walk, but then she brought the price back down, but cut out services without telling us. Another cost cutting measure Bev used was giving us dead flowers! She's a wealthy arrogant woman indulging in a person hobby. She doesn't believe she did anything wrong, and is still trying to charge us for services she didn't provide. Find a profession florist for your next special event, and don't be fooled by this wannabe.
