Chef Elmer Deguzman's raw fish deli aptly named Poke Stop serves some of the freshest poke on Oahu, if not all the islands. The locals of Waipahu and Mililani are lucky to live so close to this great place. Poke Stop has everything from great ahi tuna poke to tako (octopus) poke. The one to get is the hamachi poke whenever he has it. It is superb!
