Kashmir is my absolute favorite Indian restaurant. The dishes are complex in flavor, and the chef will adjust the heat level that you want. (I personally like things hot). The Chicken Korma is to die for. The lunch buffet is small, but quite good and a bargain. I have tried many Indian restaurants in the Boston area, and none compares to Kashmir. The food is so flavorful. The staff is extremely friendly and I always feel genuinely welcomed. The service is quick. They are extremely understanding and helpful when we brought children there, they made excellent recommendations for a child's palate. You can't get better Indian food. Period.
