I went to Vintner Grill a few weeks ago when my cousin was in town. I wanted to impress her with more of a ""locals"" restaurant instead of going to the strip, which is such a hassle. I had the sweet butter lettuce salad with warm brie and a vinaigrette, which was SO yummy. And for my main entree I had pan seared scallops with sweet corn risotto...again..this was fabulous. Even though we were so full, we had to try their Tiramisu. I must say...this is the BEST I have ever had. Each bite was AMAZING...you have to try it. And even if you are not a local, this restaurant is definetely worth the 20-30 minute drive to Summerlin. The restaurant is classy, elegant yet hip...always a crowd inside and out. I will make sure to make it back again to Vintner...the owners have done a fantastic job here!!
