Went with a group of 5 on a weekend night and was seated about 10 minutes after our reservation (but likely only because one member of our group called in advance and said we would not be amenable to waiting 30 minutes for our reservation like last time.) After we were seated our waiter Joseph came over, but with another hostess (or waitress) who wanted to inform us that Joseph was GREAT but new. This should have been our warning. Our food was wonderful, but dinner took over 2 1/2 hrs. Joseph apologized when ours drinks took too long, apologized when one dish was sent back (described as ""tuna sashimi"" but the tuna was heavily seared) and took 30+ minutes, apologized when our checks took forever. This restaurant gets the business and is so busy because of the food, not necessarily because they handle the volume well. Try Park Cafe, but leave a lot of time for your meal!
