I highly recommend this studio to every person who wants a spiritually and physically rewarding experience. Aesthetically, this place is gorgeous. As soon as I walk through the glass doors I feel the stresses of my daily life melt away. The lighting, colors, and just overall soothing ambience make it highly conducive to a great workout. All of the teachers are trained in the Authentic Classical Pilates method and really cater to my needs. They also are walking advertisments of the wonders that Pilates can do to ones figure! Unlike some other studios, the group classes here only hold a maximum of five people, so that each individual gets a lot of attention. The studio is also always pristine. There is no dust I can see, always a nice temperature and doesn't stink like some gyms do. I also do a lot of my shopping at the studio! They sell a great array of comfy clothes (like so lows), great moisturizer, candles, and jewelry!
