I have been a client of Ken's for over 3 years. In my opinion, Ken is one of the best fitness trainers in Los Angeles. Over the years, I have referred several friends to Ken (both male and female) and the reviews have always been uniform ? Ken has an ability to shape one's body into the form they have always wanted. Ken not only assists his clients develop their body through tailored training programs, he has extensive knowledge of diet and nutrition which accelerate the workout results. Ken is a very sociable, positive and energetic person and his positive attitude will help you through the training sessions. The only limits to training with Ken are one's own.
