My wife and I ate at the Hoover Grille last night and it was wounderful. Friends of ours had gone last spring and had a good time but were not impressed, we left impressed. Our server Jon was attentive but not pushy. He recomended the prime rib and swordfish, the two specials of the night. Let me tell you, the swordfish was very good but the prime rib was amazing. I am a meat and potato kind of guy so I have ate a few steaks in my day and this was one of the best cuts I've every had. I asked Jon why this was a special and not on the menu and he replied that they will be running the prime rib every weekend. For $21.95 we will be back another weekend. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well, a nice man who I assume was the manager stopped by and chated for a moment about our dinner and said that he as well was looking forward to haveing the prime rib for dinner. I highly recommend stopping in.
