We have lived in these apartments for 3 months. When we moved in the light fixture in our kitchen was placed so that you could not open the cabinets, almost every door in the place had been kicked or punched in, and we had mold in our laundry room. It took a month to get these repairs taken care of- things that should have been done before we moved in. In the 3 months we've been here the management has entered our apartment 4 times (not including the three times they entered to do repairs, that had all been submitted at the same time)for ""annual checks"". They have been in our home once every 3 weeks,it's like we have roommates. These included checking the fire extinguisher, alarm, smoke detectors, and now just a ""maintenance check"". All of these things, again, should have been done before we moved in. For the money we pay for this place I expected a little peace and privacy- we haven't gotten either.
