This business offers a good quality shed for a good price. When we first investigated purchasing a shed through Skyline Fence, we were impressed with the product, and the person we dealt with seemed knowledgeable and nice. We were told twice that our shed would arrive in 3 weeks. It was actually 7 weeks, with no explanation about the delay. I doubt we would have received notice at all if I had not called several times. When the shed was finally delivered, I was told to be home for the time of delivery. When they brought the shed, they dropped it off and did not check to see if it was in the correct location or if I was satisfied. I looked out and saw that it had been delivered, and it was not in the correct location. When I called to report the problem, I was told that I should have told the delivery guys, the same ones who hadn't bothered to notify me of their arrival, and that they were too busy to come fix the problem. The person I spoke to said the owner would have to get back to us. What ensued was a long process in which we attempted to get the business to fix their mistake. In one incident, we were treated very rudely. Finally, they promised to come fix it 6 days after the initial delivery. The day before, we called to find out when they would come -- no answer. Next day -- no one showed or called, and we had to call several times to find out why. Finally, after several more calls, they agreed to come the following day. Even though I was again home, waiting for them, they showed up and moved the shed, again, without consulting with me or letting me know they were here! They still didn't get it right, but apparently the customer's satisfaction doesn't mean much to this business. Final evaluation: buy a shed here if you aren't in any rush and you don't care about endless headaches if there's a problem.
