Absolutlely the worst experience I have ever had!!! My computer was not working and dropped it off for repair and was told we would be called with an estimate . After 3to 4 days recieved a call to pick it up and it was done with no authorization for repair . Didn't have time that day to pick and tried to call ,left message . Recieved to more calls to my home and the last one stating they would assume ownership of my computer if not picked up in 30days. Upon arrival to pick computer up they didn't know which one it was . After showing 3 different computers they showed mine . Then proceeded to install a power supply in the computer while watching . Took the computer home and it did not work, still the same problem as original concern ( No display ) Took it back and they said they would need to check the mother board and would call by the end of the day . No call ever recieved . Went in to pick up computer and was told it is all set . Got it home and still the same problem . Take it back and was told they never did anything to it and I would be called in half an hour . 4 Days and no call . I stop in to pick it up and again am told all set . I asked that it be booted up before I leave the store . Still has same problem .I was told it had a new mother board and must be defective. The mother board has never been changed it still has the dust on it form the last 3 years and is still th e original dell board . Was told a new mother baord would be in in about 2 days . 3 days went by and I stopped in to check on it . Closed. Sign says that I am there during thier normal bussiness hours. Same thing next 2 days . I stop at an earlier time and am told they still have not recieved a mother board . At this point I had enough and took my computer with me .THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN
