I don't suggest anybody to every use NEW TOURS for any travel needs! What is promised to you regarding the package will most likely change by the time you actually go to your tour. In my grandma's case the tour bus that was suppose to take them from New York to Florida (keep in mind how long of a ride it is, comfort is the most important thing when traveling) was changed last minute to a small bus of 15 people, (their reasoning was that they didn't get enough people to fill up a normal size tour bus, where luggage goes on the bottom and has a bathroom right on the bus). The thing is they did not even tell people who bought this tour, until actual trip. As a result of this my grandmother had to suffer motion sickness the entire ride to Florida. Also they are completely not organized and do not follow a schedule as promised. For example they went to a theme park and did not tell people where to meet in case anybody gets lost, and the tour guide refused to share his cell-phone number in case somebody from the tour gets lost in the park and/or needs assistance. I am taking this matter to the credit card company (since the tour was paid through Visa), I am also getting in touch with consumer affairs.
