I purchased a recliner after it was delievered it was determined to be defective. I contacted Adrionack Furniture. They sent a tech out the next day he concurred and offered me another chair. They delievered the other chair and picked up the other one at no cost. They sincerely seem to care about customer satisfaction.....I recommend them highly.....jim lahey
