I began training with Robin over 1 year now and I have not looked or felt better. Working on the computer all day effects my back but with her training on the 'core' my back and body is hard-core! I love it. The principles of pilates are wonderful, stretching, stenghthening and lengthening all add to changing your body from head to toe. The studio is very cool, very relaxed and Robins knowledge makes training at Turning Point such a pleasure!
