Joined this bank a few years back and have had really great service although as of late not as good as it used to be. very easy people to work with and for the most part friendly staff. Only thing stopping this from being a 5 star rating is the lack of available branches and the longwood branch having a problem with crediting checks I drop in their night box on a consistent basis. (I have had to call them 3 times now to find out what happened to my checks)
Pros: good, friendly service for the most part, inexpensive checking
Cons: lack of avaiailable branches, some trouble with night drops
